Hi, I’m Caitlin Carey, founder of PopEvent.

​After more than a decade in the industry, I saw the same challenge repeat itself — planners spending too much time sourcing venues, vetting vendors, and rebuilding workflows for every event. There was no centralized, trusted system to support how events for work actually get planned.

​So we built one.

​

​The new PopEvent platform brings together a curated network of venues, service providers and peer-driven insights — designed to make planning more efficient, repeatable and informed.

​The Afternoon Tea Series is an extension of that vision.
